What is Better Choice Market?
Better Choice Market is small family business, dedicated to providing clean and all natural products for your body & your home. Our products are handmade with quality ingredients that are free from harmful ingredients and preservatives, so you can be confident in what you are putting on your skin and using around your home. As we expand, we hope to create a one-stop shop to the simplify the daunting task of find truly clean products. Are your products certified organic?
While most of our ingredients are organic, at this time our products are not certified organic. Organic ingredients will be shown with an '*' under each product's ingredients list. We don't use any questionable ingredients in our products that we wouldn't use on ourselves or children.
We use 100% organic & pure essential oils in all our products. Some essential oils may not be safe for use around pets or children, so please do your research if this applies to you. All of our oils are properly diluted for your safety. If you have questions about a specific product, please reach out.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we formulate our products with gentle, natural ingredients that are safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test if you’re trying a product for the first time. Some of our products do contain essential oils which may not be suitable for all.
Do you plan to release more products?
Yes! We have many more products that we are excited to share with you. Our goal is to disrupt the conventional home and body care industry with clean and natural, yet effective products. If there are any products you would like to see, reach out to us and we can see if it's possible. They may already be in the works!
Are your scents strong?
No! Our scents are subtle and not overbearing. People sensitive to scents general have no issues with our products.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most of our products are made to order to ensure the longest shelf life for you since we do not use any preservatives. We typically will have your order ready to ship in 1-3 business day. If there is ever going to be a delay, we will reach out to let you know.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Should you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we will make it right.
